This is a nice restaurant that I would recommend! They have live singing there while we were eating, which was so cool! The food was tasty. The drinks were also nice especially the milk tea were amazing. They make delicious BBQ and very yummy noodles! I loved their decorations within the restaurant too, very cute!
Food (5 stars): There was a good selection of skewers including rare parts, as well as other normal dishes available. Skewers tasted authentic with lots of spices, and you can customise the spiciness to your taste. Lamb skewers, scallops, and mushrooms were the highlights of the meal! Price (4 stars): It was reasonable pricing but can add up quickly if you want to try all the different skewers available. Atmosphere (5 stars): Very well decorated and good atmosphere. Nice touch with live performer singing both English and Chinese songs throughout the night.
Panda BBQ is located on Bourke Street, just a block away from Chinatown. Amazing interior and delicious Asian BBQ skewers. Absolutely loved the skewers, particularly the Grilled Wagyu and Pork Belly. The clams were probably the highlight of the night. We didn’t notice it had next to it , but was definitely worth it. Full of flavour and gives a kick with the spices. I loved this place, very nice atmosphere, particularly the cute little swings in the restaurant. Not lying, I was swinging on it whilst enjoying the food.
Really beautiful place inside. It has karaoke for those who are feeling brave. My husband ordered fried noodles and said it was delicious. I ordered the salted egg corn with prawns but it was covered in sugar (as seen in the picture) it tasted great though, not a combo I'd expect but tasted really good.
The place was nearly empty when I got there. The food is very tasty with lots of great options. I'd definitely recommend. Although the entrance to the restaurant doesn't give a great impression, the inside is very well decorated and has a good ambience.
Hidden on the 2nd floor and with a nondescript entrance off Bourke Street is this gem of a restaurant. A giant panda, swing seats and karaoke awaits you, together with delicious food and pretty cocktails. Think dishes such as lamb skewers, grilles scallops, sweet and sour pork, salted egg yolk prawns and corn, and sweet dishes such as mantou with condensed milk, and banana fritters. Flavours are on point and it's best to come with a huge group so you can try a bit of everything! The highlight for me was definitely the juicy lamb skewers, the bold flavours of the cauliflower and Chinese sausage, and of course the deliciously savory salted egg corn! So addictive.
absolutely beautiful decor and 100% instagram worthy! i only got the skewers off the menu which was tasty and well seasoned! plenty of variety to choose from! you order via a QR code and the system is really good because everyone can scan from their phone and everything is added into the one tally - so everyone can input into what they want! cocktails are fun and delicious! if you like sweet m refreshing stuff i highly recommend the Super Lychee! such an easy drink they also do love locks! write your names on the padlock and lock it into the restaurant to forever preserve the memory and love!
